Captain Kirk's kidney stone

Today marks the one-year anniversary of the sale of William Shatner's kidney stone to Golden Palace. Yes, on January 16, 2006, the man who played Captain Kirk sold his kidney stone for $25,000 to benefit Habitat for Humanity.

(Golden Palace by the way is the online casino that also owns that partially eaten cheese sandwich with the image of the Virgin Mary.)

In my book, William Shatner also holds the distinction of being the most famous actor to star in an all-Esperanto movie, Incubus (1965).
