What is a Dandie Dinmont terrier?

James the English Springer Spaniel may have won Best in Show at Westminster, but it was Bill Cosby's dog Harry (named after the prince), whom the crowd was cheering for. It is just so rare to see a Dandie Dinmont terrier and be sure that it is a Dandie Dinmont and not a mix of other breeds!
